Return and Exchange Window
Customers may apply for a return or exchange within 14 days after receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us at hello@sellbettersupply.com within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number, the item(s) you would like to return or exchange, and clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or has quality issues.

Return Shipping Fee
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If the goods received are damaged, defective, or not correct, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sellbettersupply.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
